Naturally leavened Espresso and Gianduia with sourdough 
  
 It is the only Panettone with "black dough", it is the gianduia that completely colors the dough and makes it greedy and intense. 
   It is a tribute to Piedmont and dear Turin, a "Bicerin" with espresso and gianduia 
   slightly alcoholic.
