  It is our proposal of "salty panettone". 
   Not exactly salty, its function can resemble that of panbrioches. 
   It is a panettone designed for fish,   we prefer it with salmon, or lightly toasted with anchovies .. 
   it smells of the sea and has a light candied lemon which contrasts the whole .

    Ingredients:  
   Flour  type 1, water,   eggs   ,   butter  , sourdough (  wheat flour   type 0, water), Pantelleria capers 5.23% (caper 70%, salt 30%), candied lemon   5.23% (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), extra virgin olive oil, raw cane sugar, maltitol, glucose, salt , cocoa butter, marine plankton, wild pepper.
