NATURAL LEAVENING BAKED CAKE PRODUCT WITH MOTHER PASTA

  wheat flour  soft type 0,  butter , apple Annurca campana I.G.P. candied fruit (Annurca Campana PGI apple, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice.) yolk  egg , raw cane sugar, water, sourdough * (flour  wheat  0 *, water), Tuscan honey, lemon paste (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), malt  barley , sea salt, Madagascar bourbon vanilla pod, saffron. For the syrup: Raw cane sugar, water, Strega (alcohol, water, aromatic plants, sugar, saffron infusion). 
 For the icing: raw cane sugar, almonds, egg whites, corn starch, corn flour, sunflower oil. * Organic
