wheat flour soft type 00, butter , cane sugar raw, yolk egg , sourdough * (flour * of wheat type 0, water), 9.2% dark chocolate, milk chocolate 6.9%, candied orange (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), honey, salt, vanilla bean. For the syrup: Rum. For the glaze: dark chocolate.
